First time out with the RV:

1. Cable for the Cable TV was not connected correctly

2. Screws fell out of the shocks that hold the storage lid under the bed (wrong screws were used.)

3. Wrong staples to hold carpet down in the bedroom so they stuck in your feet as you walked barefoot

4. The powered jacks were installed backwards - press lower and they would raise etc.

5. Shelf in the pantry was not properly attached so it fell completely off.

6. Toilet installed in the wrong place so if the lid is up you cannot open the sliding door from the bedroom.

7. Waterheater only worked on gas.

8. Fridge light did not operate

9. Fridge only worked on gas (not plugged in)

10. Spring under slide out was not connected from the factory

It took weeks for Customer Service to respond. I have had to make 4 120 mile round trips to resolve all the issues!!!!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Location: Burbank, California

We also purchased 326RL Outback by Keystone, the workmanship is horrible, cracked molding throughout the interior. The TV antenna & booster don't work, one of the fridges doesn't cool. Biggest issue is something is draining the battery and it doesn't seem to be converting correctly.

We too have a 201* ***RL keystone outback which has given us nothing but problems. It is been since September 2015 that we are working with Keystone and trying to get our unit repaired .

The sidewalls are cracking I have five cracks in the fiber glass, an 18" spider vein looking crack on my front cap, the exhaust vent over the stove does not work, the gas furnace will not light, the Formica counter top in the bath sink is coming apart at the corner seams and we have many many other small issues. Keystone does not want to stand behind the units they manufacture. In the first 90 days of having the unit I had 31 issues, which the dealership worked with me at getting solved but I had to pay for a hotel and food out for three days of working on the unit. Now I am on a tour of the US and the coach is cracking apart!

We have had to stay stationary in order to get help but have been stuck here for 5 months as we discuss back and forth with Keystone and a dealer, where we are, the items to be repaired. It is a nightmare!

At no other time have I had an RV that required things to be done save one roof vent! I've had RVs since 1967.

We have had nothing but problems with Keystone even responding to us.

I would definitely recommend buying another brand. This nightmare is not over and may have to get an attorney involved.
