We purchased a brand-new Keystone Passport Ultra Light travel trailer in April, days after it arrived from the factory". We kept it at the dealership until beginning a two-month cross-country journey earlier this month/. After 4 days on the road, we had a major wiring meltdown that almost resulted in a fire.. After repeated attempts, Keystone has told us that they cannot find any local service dealer that will take the warranty work/. The service centers themselves have told us that they don't like taking warranty work from Keystone because of their shoddy repayment schedule,. Keystone has basically left us with a trailer that isn't working properly and still has wiring problems, telling us there is nothing else they can do for us,. They wouldn't even hear of replacing this trailer, either'. So, we're six states from home with a limping trailer and no way to get it fixed unless we return?. We'll never buy another Keystone manufactured RV. 127e6cc

I am having same issues with Cherokee. I have a park model I moved 200 miles away from the dealer because of issues with my aging mother and needing to be closer to her , and cannot find any dealer willing to do service work on our site. I am responsible for the service call fee as I cannot move the trailer, but no one will come do it and the dealer we purchased from cannot find any place willing to help either. It took me leaving 4 messages with 4 different people at Cherokee and a week and 1/2 to get even a return call !!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE their extended warranty unless you will be near the dealer you bought it from as they pay out less for warranty so no dealers have to or are willing to do it.
