Keystone RV - Furnace didn't work, refrigerator stopped working, low water drain line below kitchen leaks, outside speakers didn't work, and the toilet makes a lot of noise.
I purchased a 2016 Keystone Cougar 28RLS travel trailer in Oct 2015. The first week I found out the furnace didn't work, it was replaced, but it makes a lot of noise, like maybe it was a used furnace. The outside speakers didn't work, I finally figured out that there is a bad plug connector on the back of the radio unit. The low water drain line below the kitchen area leaks water, coming from above the cover installed underneath the trailer. Now, in Dec 2016, the refrigerator stopped working on both electric or gas. A new refrigerator is being ordered under the warranty plan, it's been a month and nothing yet on the replacement. Last, the toilet makes a lot of noise when flushed, don't know if that is normal or not. This trailer is new, I am very disappointed in the quality. I would never recommend a Keystone trailer to any of my friends, but I sure am telling my friends if they do purchase an RV, have everything checked out, AC, heat, and all. My dealer has been great, they have been working the issues.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
