i have had my unit for 1 1/2 yrs and have had many problems, but cannot get any response from keystone. they kept promising me that they were sending someone out to look @ the unit, never did though. now, they rode out the 1 yr waranty, with thier empty promises, and the slide out is now bowed!! yes!! bowed, and no matter how much i have the repair guy try to fix it, it just keeps getting worse, and is leaking into my walls every time it rains. the water is coming into the walls, (im sure there is mold in there as well...great for someone with breathing problems already!!! YAY!!), the doors no longer shut and the unit is falling apart around me!!! does anyone know of someone at KEYSTONE who actually gives a dam about thier customers? ..because i have spoken to quite a few folks @ Keystone, and cannot find a sole there who will actually DO what they PROMISE TO DO!!! HELLLP!!!! 127e79e

I have a Raptor and the quality SUCKS. I thought they were the top of the line. I have 1-2 blowouts everytime I go somewhere, ie the tires are too small. The mfg put 15" C rated tires on a triple axle toy hauler. i have upgraded to E and still have problems. The unit leaks, I have had inverter problems, smoke detector issues, interior trim falling off, slide problems etc. I would never buy another Keystone product. I had to take it into the dealer 4 times to get them to figure out how to fix the bad inverter.
