i first bought a keystone VR1 dec 30th, 2006. holiday world delivered it to me, and i was dropped off, WITH 2 GRAND BABIES, and i couldnt get the
central heat to work!! and no vehicle to leave!! the only place i was getting heat from was under the
fridge, so i closed off the whole back of the unit, and we cuddled up on the
kitchen floor, until i could figure out the problem. after 2 days, we were coughing up and blowing our
noses with black stuff on the tissue!! even though Holiday world in katy, tx. had agreed that since i had no truck, they would deliver, the unit, and if it needed any repairs that were under warrantee, they would come and get it and bring it back, they refused to help me. when i hired a repair guy, he said that the black stuff was coming out of the heater, because the back of the
furnace had come off due to the
screws being too small, and stripped. now, 1 1/2 yrs later, i STILL have the black stuff coming from SOMEWHERE, and am constantly washing walls and
ceilings, and even though keystone PROMISED that a man was coming out to look at the unit, so far, no one has come, and i cannot get them to even return a call!! keystone is a horrible company to TRY to work with, they very much should be put out of business. i am a terminally ill, disabled,
wheelchair bound, single female, yet they will NOT help me get this resolved, no matter how much i have begged them to help!! all i know now is to go to the
news stations and have them put in a position to either resolve it, or have thier *** bare to the world how they have done me, in my situation!! any suggestions???? 127e825
