I would be very careful about the purchase of any Keystone RV. Then find a different manufacturer. They will not honor warranty claims and treat customers as if they do not matter and can be lied to. On September 17, 2010 I purchased a brand new 2010 Montanna 3750FL 5th Wheel travel trailer".
Before it was two months old it was recalled for a problem that could cause the wheels to fold under the trailer/. I took the trailer back to the dealer and it was fixed.. Then, another recall for a refrigerator that could start a fire/. This and the wheel support repair were no charge,. BUT I had to return the trailer to the dealer 100 miles distant and wait three weeks;. That delayed my travel plans in addition to the fuel cost to return the unit.. At this time the dealer was aware that the trailer had other needed repairs but did not have time to take care of them in one visit!. I was unaware of any other problems. I was told the problems were minor and could wait.
We then took our first extended trip. First minor problem, failure of the furnace due to bad hoses on the LP tanks. (Cheap Chinese Junk Hose with incorrect connector valve assembly) We were in New Orleans with 22F temperatures. I felt a furnace was important so there was no choice but to have the problem resolved. No dealer would come because they lay off the technicians in the Winter. Next, the Fantastic Fan failed. (Faulty Quality American Electronics) Water Heater failure (Keystone Montanna Never Connected the Power) Then the GFI Outlet in the kitchen failed causing the outlets in the kitchen and bath to fail. (Junk from Somewhere)
After a total of over $ 600 in repairs that I paid. All that for an RV less than 6 months old. I called Keystone and the service manager there said that if I send the parts back with my bills they would cover the cost. So far 4 months later they will not respond and of course no payment for the repairs.
Fair warning this is an expensive trailer with very poor quality control, no dealer check out before delivery, tiny dealer network and distain for customer engagement. 127e8df
