1. Written by S kingsley on September 6, 2011 from birmingham, alabama, US Bought a 2011 Keystone Raptor toy hauler and have had all sorts of problems. The dealer I bought it from wouldn't do any service on it. The genenator was wired wrong so it wouldn't go from shore power to genie power. The a/c unit went out and in south Georgia..a/c is a must. Now the side won't extend. After paying 35000 dollars for a coach I expect major things to work. Have tried again to get in touch with Keystone without them calling me back. What can I do? I know it is under warranty but would like to use the coach. Has been in shop for two and half months of the five months we have owned it.
2. Written by R. Drake on August 15, 2011 from temecula, california, US We have a 2009 Raptor that we have had nothing but problems with. The two main issues are the tires-they blow out and neither Keystone or Mission Tire will stand behind them. Now the decals on the unit are starting to curl around the edges-and that is with the unit stored completely covered! We would NEVER buy another Keystone product!
3. Written by K. Underwood on March 28, 2011 from olympia, washington, US Had a keystone raptor for nearly two years now, purchased from Tacoma RV, Tacoma WA. It has been nothing but a joy. The service department is first rate and the few issues that we had were corrected immediately by keystone through the warranty. I will definitely buy another Raptor when the time comes for a new toy hauler.
4. Written by G Judd on October 17, 2008 from -, -, US We bought a 2008 Keystone Raptor and have nothing but problems. Now the slide hole was cut to small and tore the slide and Keystone is not cooperating to fix it. I wish I never purchased this brand. Thinking of getting rid of it to get something better. DO NOT BUY!!!
