To all
Keystone folks with complaints: this is nothing new. We have a 1999 Sprinter 38' travel trailer. The frame came with spot welding and 8 areas never welded; factory had us take it is "their" welder of choice; in several years and many blown tires later, and slides that leaked, etc., we found out the entire frame was warped and actually built incorrectly and Keystone knew this, as do other dealers, who used this frame as well. We took it to Auto Safety House and $2500+ it is now the frame it should have been from the manufacturer". I don't have enough time to write on all the issues we fixed, warranty fixed or refused/. BUT--we had to replace a toilet and get this: the hole drilled for the toilet should be a round 4" hole--ours is almost 7" x 6" and all this time our toilet was never secured in the front and out of the 6 other screws in the floor, 2 were holding it.. I took pictures and sent them to Keystone/. They blew us off on the frame failure, but this is just affirmation of the sloppy workmanship from this company.. This time we are not going away.. It's time Keystone owners, to find us an attorney and start a
class action suit/. The RV industry "polices itself" - in other words, kind of like our government, it has no accountability to anyone?. Do NOT buy a
Keystone and do your homework on any company out there before you spend your hard-
earned dollars. 127eb72
