Keystone built 2007 Raptor rv's on wrong frame-17 tires blown, 8 visits back to Garwick RV, no help offered-fatal accident waiting to happen, told them since the winter. Some frames have larger tires, some have the smaller tires, too small for the large toy hauler. Was told again to take back to Garwick by Keystone. Do not want to take it back home yet again. Pinched propane line also due to frame, are they just waiting for my lawsuit? Told by Garwick RV that I had more pull then they do to resolve with Keystone, since when does 1 consumer have more pull than the dealer who buys the trailers? Need help but none being offered. Never will buy Keystone product and will post to as many web sites as I can. 127ebbd

Written by Gary Cumberledge on January 23, 2012 from birmingham, alabama, US The mattress in our 2011 (brand new) Keystone Retreat 39FDEN, within 2 weeks, looked like a two hump camel has slept on it..on his back. They won't replace it until we are practically sleeping on the plywood beneath it. Were told we "over-used" it, was only designed to be used on weekends...which, of course, would have put it out of warranty. Never again will we recommend any Keystone product. After 40 years of camping, we have made a baaaaad choice!! |

Thank god for good timing and not much traffic when the wheel seperated from the axel. Hate to beat a dead horse, anyone who chooses to buy a Keystone trailer is either gonna be killed or kill someone else. |

I was about to purchse a unit, a Raptor, an the salesman from the goshen plant all but tried to pay me to slep with him, eric esh. Whay kind of people do you employ? |
