The fiberglass covering across entire rear of 5th wheel is "delaminating" or separating from the laminate wall. Also the rubber roof at the sloped front end is bubbling across the entire front.

Location: Fair Oaks, California

Well, join the crowd. We purchased a 2013 Cougar RV in Aloha, OR & the whole front was waving/rippling.

They have REPLACED it 2 times & it is worse now with large bumps across the top molding that seal the rubber roof from the front cap. We went clear to the top, corporate office in Indiana, jumped thru hoops for them sending e-mails, photos, phone calls, etc. of which they kept saying they never received, blah, blah, blah. Asked us to get an estimate from a local reputable RV repair shop.

They had it for a week, gave us an estimate, we sent to corporate office & 2 days later got an e-mail that stated, Curtis Trailers in Aloha, OR said nothing needs to be done @ this time. What a joke. They just try to wear you out so you'll give up. Not us!

We're going to BBB, Oregon Attorney General & Good Sam. If this doesn't work, then we'll get an attorney.
