Could you please explain to me why there would be a fan and off/on switch above the shower in a 2010 Hornet rlds. Is this not against every electrical code there is. My wife and I have just purchased this unit from a dealer in Alberta Canada, and it dawned on me while I lay in bed thinking about our nice new trailer and reaching up to turn on the fan. Then I thought of my wife being a widow, Because I was electrocuted in the shower of our nice new trailer. Could you please let me know how this situation evaded your inspectors. Or why it is acceptable.

Thank you for your answer, is this still the case if hooked up to shore power. I am no electrician!

The fan in the shower is 12 volts DC and it won't shock you.
