Bought a Keystone premier in 2012, only had one small problem with it so we upgraded to a 5th wheel for our longer trips. Decided to stick with Keystone.

Total disaster so far. First thing, I noticed the underbelly was not attached correctly, so I made some mods to fix it myself because any warranty work in my area was out 4 weeks at least. Then the slide out broke on us (would extend but not retract) so this time I HAD to take it in after cutting the underbelly open to manually retract it. 6 weeks down.

The *** galley sink faucet leaked causing the countertop to swell and the laminate to bubble. The toilet flush pipe has 2 45's in it before it reaches the black water tank so no matter how much water you fill up the toilet with water when you ***, it CLOGS, so we can't *** in it (bad design Keystone!). Now we're replacing half the roof as it had bubbles in it that was explained to us that the sun would make it "lay down". It didn't, of course, and eventually started to tear and flap, had to use gorilla tape to hold it down until we could make it home.

I'm fixing it MYSELF because of the cost, the loss of another 6 weeks, and because it's now 4 months out of warranty!

Last thing, we had a problem with the bike rack/spare tire rack falling off its track and misaligning. Finishing out the season, will trade it in for something more reliable, which would probably be ANY OTHER BRAND.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $800.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Keystone RV Pros: Honored the warranty on the slide out problem.

Keystone RV Cons: Craftsmanship and parts.

Location: 3000 Westgate, Pendleton, OR 97801, USA

one month later no word from the folks at Keystone, although none was expected. So my wife and I replaced half the roof, came out great.

On the splice we used eternabond, hoping it will hold on a long trip. yet to see. Oh forgot to report on the original post, the crank on the awning window in the bedroom would not close tight and flapped in the wind going down the road.

I had to order and replace (MUCH thanks to LazyDaysRV parts dept in Longmont, CO).

Now this is something MOST people would not attempt because it involves drilling out two rivets, removing the crank then bolting it back in place. Just Another bad part, and thanks Keystone...Your product is seriously in contention for a class action lawsuit, that I would happily join.
