Bought a new Outback from Holman RV in Batavia, Ohio (5-Hour drive). The purchasing process went well.

Then, I discovered eight (8) small items that would fall under warranty. I started in June with emails to Holman, then two other dealers that were much closer (Rileys RV in Mayfiled, KY), then to Keystone. As of today, I have had zero luck with any returned communications from any of the Keystone Service Dealers. I am now being told by Rileys that they can not do it because they are so far behind??

You would think Keystone would be concerned, instead they informed me they knew there was a problem. Keystone.......your service department is absolutely horrible at best!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Keystone RV Cons: No service dealer within 5 hours to work on warranty issues.

Hello was wondering if you had had any change , we also bought a 201* 293FWBHS in southern Calif. lot of quality issues and no help from the manuf.

or the dealer Camping world , but i found this web page today was maybe going to try it , just thought i would share it .
