I now called the factory on December 19 2016. Spoke with a associate, told the associate the same story I have posted.

She assured me someone would contact me. Well guess what??????

Haven't heard a darn thing back from the factory.

Keystone is a joke and suck in service. It's just unbelievable how nobody from the dealer , service department or the factory really cares about it.?

They had no problem getting $22000 from me.

I got screwed. Big time.

I have a 2016 Keystone / Springdale tow behind trailer. I purchased it in Churchville , NY from Meyers RV superstores 1000 Sanford Rd.

Churchville , NY 14428. 585-293-**** I received delivery in July of 2016. It is now December of 2016. I'm now in Arizona for the winter.

This is the first road trip with trailer. When I arrived at trailer park and started to stabilize my trailer with the stabilizer jacks one of them bend. It is now bend and I now have block holding up my trailer. Can't even use the stabilizer.

This is brand new. Unbelievable. Junk. So now I'm in Arizona, I called the service department where I received delivery they pushed me aside and told me to call a local Keystone dealer here in Arizona.

So I called Paul Everts RC county 2156 Hwy 95 Bullhead city Arizona. 928-704-****. ( its about 2 miles or less from my trailer park) They informed me that someone from the sevice dept would come and take a look at it. Well that never happened.

So I called again they told me the same old story. It has been 2 weeks now and I haven't anything yet. Do you homework before you buy a Keystone. Also I noticed things with the workmanship, interior and exterior.

Very poor . I spent $22000 I now have a peice of JUNK

Reason of review: Bad quality.

No I didn't over extend it. I raised the stabilizer about 3" or so.

Then it bent.

Even if I did over extended, why should it bend. Just what kind of junk are they using?? You mean to tell me that I can't raise my trailer more then 3" with the stabilizers .

Just what good would they be??? JUNK

They are stabilizing jacks not levelling jacks. They are not meant to lift just to take the bounce away.

You should always level by rolling the wheels up on blocks to lift the low side.
