Pissed Consumer Interviews ?

I purchased a brand new keystone hideout 28 foot brand new from rv show dealer said it would be perfect. After getting home noticed numerous defects. None of the doors are installed correctly and bind or won't shut. Staples coming out all over. Furnace ducts full of sawdust and the list goes on. I haven't even had it a month. This company needs to be shut down. I have seen children do better work. I will never buy another. I contacted dealer and they could not get in for four weeks. I did not want to ruin my family trip so we have not taken in yet. To tell you the truth I don't trust them anyway. I have been a builder and mechanic for 35 years and am a protectionist. I am really pissed at myself that i didn't notice these items before I purchased. The whole point is this should never happen to anyone especially to people like myself that has worked there whole life to buy something new and it ends up being trash. I am 53 years old and it was first new toy I have ever had. Anyway shame on you keystone.
Keystone RV has a KNOWN ISSUE and is still selling them. The slideout accuators and gearboxes seep grease onto the slideout roofs causing the roof membrane to bubble up. Then when the slide out is run out it catches and pulls or tears the roof membrane. Keystones fix is to put a drip pan under the gearboxes and patch the bubbled area on the roof. How can a patch last any length of time if it is constantly being run over a slide out seal. Eventually it's going to tear or pull back up if the seal is working properly. After speaking with Keystone they said the most they would do is patch the affected area. This is a brand new camper. They should make be replacing these affected roofs and making them whole again....
On top of all the other problems we have had with this new, 6 mo old Montana HC, the kitchen sink has almost no water pressure to it at all. Both bathroom sinks, shower and toilets work fine. The washer in the faucet is not clogged, sonit has to be somewhere in the lines. The camper is perfectly level, so that's not the issue. This camper has been nothing but a bunch of problems, and Keystone/Thor could care less. They kept it the whole month of December (Camping World), and promised it would be ready when we got back in January. The did a quickie resolve on one of the issues out of 6, the rest they didn't touch, and the only one they did touch, has the same problem again. We live in the camper for now , on an away from home job, and explained this to them. We can't go just anywhere, bc we have 3 pets. Now the kitchen sink, cold and hot water, there is hardly any pressure at all. It's a nice looking camper, but, the quality is awful. Make sure you get what you pay for before dealing with these companies.
If you are a college graduate seeking a career with a stable salary, do not waste your time with Keystone International, Inc. in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. I was told over the phone by Jocelyn Lipofski that this was a $35,000-$42,000 base salary job plus commission...

I have a Keystone Montana Rv and it is 5 years old. It has an aluminum frame (which according the brochures is much better construction). When it was less than one year old, they had to repair the fiberglass under warranty. Apparently Fun Time Rv where I bought it, did...
