Had great difficulty getting main slide to go in and out. Had to push it to help as it jerked/stalled.
Spent over $1500 total over three visits to dealers having various service personnel trying to "tune"it. All gave up yet cost me dearly for labor.
Found out that Keystone has a "SECRET"repair authorization to place four rollers under the slide. They would not honor it for me as trailer "too old" (its a 2012 model). My nephew had a Montana only 2 years old with same cable slide problem. He was covered by a repair bulletin (hidden as Keystone did not alert owner to problem) at no cost.
I paid $450 for installation of 4 rollers under my main slide and fix is good. Wonder who the lame brain was that thought slide would just slide across carpet and not need rollers?
Another argument that the idiots designing should spent a few months trying to live with their spouse in the model before it goes into production.
Strange that the bedroom slide has 4 rollers and works well. Why were there no rollers on the main slide?
I will never buy a Keystone product again.
