Bought a new 2017 Keystone Retreat. The second time we used the slideout it damaged the floor in three places.
We had the dealer look at it and they discovered that Keystone had installed 4 screws that were too long in the dinette table. These screws went right through the bottom of the slideout and stuck out. Closing the slideout caused them to dig into the floor. It was put in for warranty and Keystone denied the claim and said it wasn't a manufacture's defect.
A call to Keystone was basically useless. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they flat out refused.
