We purchased a brand new 2017 Retreat in August 2017 and had nothing but issues since. Floors in slides are sagging and unusable.

Camper is still under warranty and Keystone will not pay to have camper fixed properly! They told the repair shop to just prop them up. This is just a band-aid fix. I have a whole list of issues from refrigerator not cooling as it should to cheaply made chairs that broke with first seating.

We are extremely dissatisfied with Keystone! Shame on you!
