We bought our brand new keystone outback three years ago along with the can't live with out extended warranty. Took it back a million times for things that needed fixed including a toilet that they could never seem to get right and then they finally replaced the whole toilet.

Now the floor is rotted and no one wants to take responsibility. The dealership says it isn't their fault and is not covered by warranty, couldn't possibly have been caused by any other issue or the toilet that we had replaced!

Keystone wants nothing to do with it and won't help us out, so we have a trailer we can't use that we are still paying for and there is no way we can afford to try and fix it at this time. Sure would be nice if these billion dollar companies would step up and make their customers happy.
