Here we go again. Bought this 2017 Keysyone Montana High Country from Camping World in Jacksonville, Fl in October 2016.

Had it one month when we had a storm, had a leaking ceiling in the bunk room. Had to set out several pans to catch water. Camping World kept the camper for almost the entire month of December, claimed they fixed the leak. Here we are 2 months later, and the leak is back.

Have pans out catching water. The light cover, as you can see, is full of water. We are presently living in this camper, away from home in a job. We have 3 pets, so going to a hotel is out of the question.

Keystone wants us to take the camper back to the dealer. Yes, where it can sit on the lot until they decide to fix it? And if they fix it like they did 2 months ago, how long will it last the next time before it leaks again? These campers are not cheap.

All Keystone wants is the sale, and then they want to wash their hands of you. They need to send someone to this campground, about 8 miles from Camping World, and let them fix it here.

This is our home for now. Really sad to have such pathetic customer service.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

had the same leak in the den. took to dealer and found the issue right away.

no problem since. the screw holes in the hvac unit never were plugged when unit was installed.

the holes are the bolt holes for when it is installed to pass straight through the roof. the leak only happens in blowing rain.
