Plus one of their service men while moving the camper damaged the truck and camper. Got the truck fixed and took the camper to camping world to be fixed when pick it up 7 days later they had moved it to a anther lot and had not touched it. Now the auto jacks are missed up. We are at the camp ground now. This concern was brought to their attention before the camper was moved off the lot, and their reply was they didn't know nothing about it....

I have a 2012 Keystone Bullet in July 2012 Katy Texas, They have a store near my home where I took the unit because there was a leak over the bed.the Seam where the front wall meets the roof was leaking and they resealed it for me in a couple of days. I had to bring it back in for the same reason a few months later and they resealed it again. It started to leak a third time and they said that it would be three weeks before they could take it in....

I have a 2015 Keystone Hornet Hideout we have a leak on the slide out from the window. We purchased the extended warranty but it doesn't cover seals. Claims department told me you are to check your seals every three months. I wouldn't think you should have to check seals on a brand new camper. Also, had a fuse go bad on the mother board to the refrigerator took the camper in and they couldn't find the problem. When I lost a whole refrigerator...

Anonymous Update No contact from Keystone really didn't expect it, a good company would have stood behind their product and maybe contacted me

it needs to be directed to these rv places that do our warranty Another repairs they're the real headache they take too much time .they say awaiting parts or still writing up the orders to be approved this should not have to take 3 weeks to get done .so your rv sits an sits an sits they'll tell its in a bay or have a tec on it but its still just sitting there and when u do get your rv back half the items were not done.ive been to 3rv center s...

We have a 2012 Springdale with a leaky roof, the dealer said he fixed it for $900.00 but guess what it still leaks at the slide out as far as we can tell. Due to family illness we've used it very little, the dealer is hard to work with and I use to love my camper, but now not so much. When we bought it all water pipes leaked, potty is leaking again and we bought it new. Can you suggest how we can fix, 23 Camper Sales isn't the answer..

Anonymous Seal-Tec is the only way to find all of the leaks, find a dealer that uses it and has good reviews. It helped us get our 1999 Holiday Rambler Endeavor Class A leak free.

I supposedly bought a brand-new 2016 Keystone Outback. Upon further investigation I found out that the Outback has had its fiberglass coating repaired in numerous places. The repairs were done, either from the factory or the dealership, with bondo which is definitely not a fix to this fiberglass as it continues to crack due to the side walls improper installation. Within 90 days of having my brand-new Outback I have had 31 different issues....

It just wouldn't cool! Soooooo disappointed, but we kept taking it back, Don's RV in Ceres CA. was very nice and determined to get it right. Finally in Oct 2015 Dometic agreed to replace the cooling box! Problem solved!! We love everything about our unit. I understand all RV trailers have issues as did our 2011 Forest River Rockwood. I think it all boils down to the dealership and how well they work with you to get the bugs worked out. ...

I finally got disgusted and when I went to see the progress of my coach the service center had gone out of business. I was able to contact Phil from the former aliied trailer and coachworks and picked up my partially repaired trailer from his storage yard. He has stated that Keystone owes him money and he will do everything he can to help me get justice. We will see. He also stated my refrigerator doors which were missing latches which allowed...
