I am in the middle of litigation with Keystone on my 2012 bullet 246rb, we bought it new and have had it in the shop more than we have had it out. We have a major leak in the slide where keystone cut the window opening too big for the window and put it in anyway, been leaking since new, filled the wall up in august of 2013 with water and destroyed the sofa, trim, flooring, and now has black mold through out. We have a court date set for Nov 4, 2014
So how did this turn out?
No, but we are in the process of contacting the Oregon Attorney General, BBB & Good Sam Club & a litigation attorney regarding a problem we've been trying to get fixed since we bought our RV new in 2013. Have gone right up to the Corporation in Indiana & absolutely no help at all.
They lead you on, ask you to jump thru hoops then tell you "sorry" nothing we can do! Absolutely true!
We are doing the same thing. We post negative things on their face book page every time we get the chance.
They aren'tliking that! Our 2013 just came back from a 6 month repair full of mold and still leaking and the floor is starting to expand from all the water damage. They have offered us 2,000 dollars another year of warranty and ANOTHER repair from the factory.
This will be the 5th attempt! To me this thing is just ruined!
