Keystone RV - Leaky Roof 3 Years on Bullet
All around workmanship is the worst I have ever seen on a new product. My Keystone Bullet started leaking over the front bed space.
I inspected the roof and found the front seam literally separating. I press down on the strap that is supposed to be secured with screws under the roofing material, it bounces up and down a 1/8 inch like the screws are stripped from the power tool the installer was using. I called my dealer. They lied telling was told there is no recalls from Keystone.
There was a recall as I find out on Google and they won't acknowledge it. I did an emergency repair with marine grade Goop from a resort store till I get home. I am a journeyman heavy equipment tech so have a pretty good plan on the fix. The roofing bead over the front roof to front panel joint will need to be opened and the metal strip needs to be replaced, sealed and screwed, then replace the bead of roofing seal.
I will put up a utube on this.
This is total BS and should not be happening on a 3 year old trailer. The dealer wants to tell me "too bad your roof leaks", on behalf of Keystone, we need to make this *** public in hopes they will never screw another buyer.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $2000.
Keystone RV Cons: Major structural failure at 3 years.
Location: Regina, Saskatchewan

Have a 2015 bullet ultra lite camper, bought new, used it 3 times . This spring realized front of camper & up by the roof seam wrinkled.
& caved in, bought extended warranty but was told it doesn't cover this kind of damage, putting a seam on the top edge of a roof seems a little stupid, put sealant on the. Seams to keep from leaking but value of new camper is ruined by the wrinkled roof & front .this has to be keystone faulty putting together
We are having the same problem. Just woke up to a leaky wardrobe above our bed and the bed is wet!!
So irritating!
Canโt imagine what it will cost to fix the seam AND the wardrobe! Not happy at all.
We are having the exact same problem on our 2016 Keystone Bullet. Bead seal across the front is leaking causing damage to wardrobe cabinetry and our bed is wet.
We are having the same problem with our 2016 keystone bullet. Over $4600.00 in damage the first round.
Havenโt got an estimate yet for this current episode. But front end wardrobe cabinets full of water.
My 2016 Keystone Bullet 274BHSWE is also leaking, we bought it 3 years ago in August. Right over the bed, cabinet is starting to expand because it is that cheapo particle board. Totally heart broken that the roof is leaking on a 3 year old trailer.
We too are having troubles with our 2014 bullet leaking behind the bed. Unfortunately by the time we found it the damage is done - the particle board is totally rotted and the wall paper on the inside is bubbled and ruined. Anything you found out about this and would be willing to share would be much appreciated
