We bought a Keystone Outback UltraLight 320UBH. We have had multiple issues and will be taking it in for work for the second time in the first six months of having the camper.
1. HVAC - neither the heat or AC vents moved air into the master bedroom. Both are basic design flaws by Keystone and include their basic understanding of HVAC vents or the Venturi effect (physics of airflow). One has been fixed and we are taking it back for the other.
2. Failed braking system - our trailer braking system failed on our third camping trip. It stated a short in the system. On-line reviews all point to the wire running through the axle and the insulation rubbing off. We will be taking this in for repairs.
3. Leaks - we have had three leaks, two between the awning and the camper and the other in the Master bedroom. One leak was fixed on the awning and we will be taking it in for the second. Also, there was a defect in the vinyl roof with a leak. The dealer patched it but Keystone refused to fix the defect. I will be contacting them for more discussion.
4. Trim - trim was coming off of the wall in the Master bedroom. The dealer fixed it but not well. We will be returning for this fix.
