Hot water unit went out second time. Didn't take it back to Keystone dealer because they took over 2 months to replace part and stole 3 of our personal items.

Now they will only pay one half hour to replace part and not accept the fact that it took more labor to diagnoise the issue!

They should pay for the complete repair but refuse! DO NOT BUY A KEYSTONE UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!
