Bought a brand new 2017 Keystone Raptor with the 14 foot garage. This had been a special order but the people who ordered it decided to go a different route before it arrived.

We thought it was our good fortune - instead we are left wishing we had gone a different route as well. We have the screened patio and the first time we took it out we discovered *** in the screen - which had previously been patched and due to the design the patch had *** in it as well. The stairs leading off the patio do not even fit in the brackets as they placed the bracket about 1/2 inch too short. Their solution is to drill the holes.

Sorry but I did not buy a brand new trailer to have a bunch of holes drilled in it. The sliding glass doors in the bedroom have fallen off the track every time we have taken it out. The doors were originally placed with only three small screws and were not even screwed into anything that could hold the weight of the doors. The dealer screwed about 20 screws to hold it in place - it still fell down, pulled the latches out of the wall and smashed the bottom of the rail.

The window shades fell off, the trim around the sofa slide out fell off, the bathroom doors are not aligned and are smaller than the actual doorway. The door hardware falls out of place and prevents the door from opening. The door between the garage and the interior does not close properly as it is not aligned. The tile by the bathroom has bubbled.

The seal around the shower leaks. The converter apparently was never plugged in from the factory and caused the new batteries to boil over and bulge out after just the second camping trip. We bought another set of new batteries after a hassle with the dealer and those batteries ran dead. A friend finally discovered the problem with the converter.

We took the trailer to a different service department to get some things fixed - telling them ahead of time when we needed it back by.

Went to pick it up and they had not done any of the repairs we had asked to have done. Nothing good to say about Keystone or the service centers.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $80000.

Preferred solution: I want the company to restore the trailer to NEW Condition as that is what paid for - not filled with a bunch of holes to satisfy their "solution to fix" OR I want the company to give a full refund of all money and they can have back their piece of crap..

A lot of people confuse Dutchman with Coachman. Coachman IS a Keystone brand !

ALL made by THOR INDUSTRIES . The ABSOLUTE WORST company on the planet !!!!

Good luck with Keystone!

We own a Dutchmen Denali 2015 and are experiencing the same as you folks. Beside the plumbing and electrical problems, slide out is intermittent, windows and doors are falling apart, leaks, shower stall is falling off the wall, 80% of the screws in the unit are strippedโ€ฆ

I have exchanged a few e-mails with Keystone and from their perspective this is normal.

In closing, all I can say is these units are put together by a bunch of underpaid Yahooโ€™s and not craftsmen as Keystone put it in the e-mail replies.
