My son bought a 2017 Sprinter travel trailer in November of 2016.First out with it, and the awning fell apart.
The floor had a weak spot in it and some other minor issues. He took it back to the dealership where he bought it, to get it repaired, as it was under warranty. To make a long story short, he fought with Keystone about the issues and it took over 6 months for the dealership to get the trailer fixed. (basically I think the dealership ate the cost).
The 2nd trip out with the trailer, the furnace gave out. Took it back to the dealership to get fixed, dealership claimed if the furnace problem was caused by a critter or spider, that it would not be covered under his extended warranty.
Thank goodness, it wasn't a critter, it was the control board that went out.Needless to say, he is putting the trailer up for sale!
