We bought a new 2017 Keystone Outback. We got it home tried to slide out the slides they dragged and wanted to stick.

We noticed the slides floors stood off the trailer floor by about 3 inches and made them a trip an fall hazard. We made an appointment with our local Keystone repair shop and took it in. After months of back and forth fighting with Keystone, our repair shop finally found out that Curtis claimed and was paid to remove the sliders and reinstall them properly. The best our repair service shop can see is that Curtis hammered the corners of the sliders down to meet the floor leaving the centers and sides still 3 inches off the floor.

The sliders are also ajar in their holes which causes them to bind when you try to move them and this causes them not to seal properly. Keystone refuses to warrant the necassary repairs as they feel they have paid for these repairs already. Curtis did not disclose the problems with the 3 sliders at any time before or during the sale of this trailers. If they had we would not have bought it!!!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CURTIS TRAILER!!! DO NOT BUY A KEYSTONE PRODUCT, THEIR BOTTOM LINE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THEIR CONSUMERS!!!

I HAVE PERSONALLY CONTACTED KEYSTONE AND HAVEN'T HAD ANY SATISFACTORY RESPONSE AS OF THIS DATE!!! NOVEMBER 1, 2017
